Yes, Its a grasshopper on the deck. It was just sitting there no matter how close I came up to it. I didn't use a zoom so I was really close. And after i got the photo it just stayed there for a little while then it hopped away.

Hey, thanks for leaving a comment on my blog:) I saw you had on a BYU-I shirt, I went there:) Way back before they called it that though:) Keep up the good photography work...it was a long road for me, and I started about your age, but with film:) I think I learned at an accelerated pace after digital.
