For Halloween this year Jewel was a butterfly. I didn't dress up this year but got to pass out candy to trick or treaters (first time we have had trick or treaters in over 10 years because of where we have lived). We did a few fun activities this year, we ended up not carving pumkins this year, but that was ok because we (mom and I) made a Hunted Gingerbread House for the first time. I would totally recommend buying a pre-assembled house (we had a hard time keeping it together).

We spent so much time holding it together that we decide to stop and never got finished with adding the door and windows.
