I don't know for sure were I found out about this little girl but I have been reading her moms Journal for a little while. I was just checking her dads twitter and it gave a link to this blog post that asked for people help spread the word to Pray for this little Girl.Kate McRae is a 6 year old that has an aggressive brain tumor called supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumor or sPNET. She has started her 6th and most intense round of chemotherapy treatment yesterday and will have to stay in the hospital for 4-6 weeks.
